NITTO DENKO Corporation has announced today that it will acquire the Turkish tape manufacturer BENTO located in Istanbul. BENTO's core activities are the manufacturing and distribution of adhesive tapes for industrial and hygiene applications in Turkey and the surrounding countries. The acquisition will be official by the beginning of June 2012.
